Work

I split my time between two companies where I drive marketing that’s grounded in strategy and built for scale—one I founded, and one where I’m a partner focused on applying private equity-level thinking to small business growth.

Glenmont Consulting

I founded Glenmont Consulting to fill a gap I kept seeing in the market: businesses were either stuck with outdated marketing agencies or drowning in disconnected tactics from freelancers. Glenmont sits in the middle—strategy-led, execution-capable, and built to deliver real business outcomes.

Over the years, I’ve led Glenmont through dozens of projects across industries like healthcare, home services, CPG, and SaaS. We’ve repositioned legacy brands, launched direct-to-consumer products, overhauled underperforming paid media, and scaled content strategies that actually convert. I’m proud of the work we’ve done, but more importantly, I’m proud of how we think: clear, honest, and rooted in business logic.

At Glenmont, I’ve worn every hat—founder, strategist, copywriter, account lead, and recruiter. Now, my focus is on steering strategy, mentoring the team, and ensuring we deliver sharp, no-BS marketing that ties back to revenue.

PHG Growth

I’m also a partner at PHG Growth (phgadvisory.com), a firm built initially to serve the buyside of lower middle-market M&A. Today, I lead the growth marketing division that focuses on home service businesses—especially those looking to sell in a few years or significantly scale.

Our edge lies in applying private equity-level marketing strategies at the individual business level. We’re not just running ads—we’re building marketing systems that drive enterprise value. That means better lead quality, higher conversion rates, stronger LTVs, and digital infrastructure that makes due diligence easier in the long run.

I work closely with owners and CFOs to implement strategies that align with their financial goals. That includes everything from local SEO and PPC to CRM automation, reporting systems, and messaging frameworks designed to support long-term growth or a clean exit.

Together, Glenmont and PHG reflect how I think about marketing: brand and performance, execution and scale, always rooted in business outcomes.
